when playing as Richtofen he does not have the same voice as the guy in the radios,but saying that if u record ur voice then play it back u also dont sound the same so id say its 50/50....it could be him it might not be him!!

I also found something about Edward, on one of the chalkboards in the animal testing lab, in the text it said either, Edward I know it was you! or Edward it was your fault. GO take a look.

no it sounds different than it does in your head if you record your voice you will think it doesnt sound like you but ask someone if it does and they will say it is exactly the same.
