No, College students used to meet up at 4:20 everyday and smoke. I don't know where they got the april 20th Thing though.

its the 4th month of the year and so they smoke it on the 20th out of that month haha

4/20 was started by a bunch of collage kids in the 40's they used to smoke at 4:20 PM which was after school and their high would end before they went to sleap so they could do HW and other stuff... so now we see it as a date not a time
