if you bid on a player you will not receive him and they will take the coins of you.
the number for ea is 0870 2432435 ring this and ea should tell you how to get your coins or your player back hope this helped

this happend to me earlier all i did was go in to a game and play it and when you go back t watch list your able to collect you player
