What game are you playing cod?
If so start up a match and hit start go to options and it might be off.
If not you may want to open up your controller and see if the vibrator cords came loose?

Have you tried unplugging your xbox from the wall?

u migt of had it cnected toanothor xbox try reconecting it with the littlebutton on the xbox and the controller hop this helps ifit dnt soz

press the middle button and press right bumper twice. Next press prevences, then vibration and press enable virbartion. I hoped this helped and im not asking for your rep, but if you decided to give, i will be greatly appreceated.
