Not much other than Maxis's full name. There is also the group 935 emblem to the left that got cut off a little bit.
This was found by me a few minutes ago. I don't think that this had been found before.
I think that group 935 was the group that originally worked with Maxis before he was killed.
Also, if you go into the lab in the upstairs garage by the teleporter on the top left of the chalk board there is a little sentence saying "Edward, I know it was you!" which probably ties into the Edward killing Maxis thing.

It's located under the stairs in the underground tunnel by the bowie knife. It's right before the drop off by the bloody paw print and to the left a little bit. Basically right behind the pipe on the left side of the wall. You have to have no-clip to see it. You might be able to see it with a PTRS, I'm not sure.
