Batman Glide Kick- When the round starts/game you will be spawned over a group of enemies in a bat suit waiting for one to be left alone.Then you descend down and Glide Kick him leaving him helpless.
Batman Pro-Spawn ontop of a high structure(like Highrise in MW2) Lets you control 1 Batarang that you throw(Can Kill Up To 3 People) BATMAN FOR THE WIN

Id most deffinitly make the Hippy perk where when you throw a flashbang it changes the enemys screen to a bright hippy color for 30 seconds

Hippy Pro flashbang turns into a joint and you move slower for 1 minute

Ladder fall:
When you climb up a ladder u can knock it down so others cant get up
Takes 5 seconds to knock down and 10-15 to put back up
+1000 xp for putting up
+500 for knocking down
