Rename your Freeboot.bin file to updflash.bin and put in the folder where Flash360 is located and run Flash360 or just put it on the root of your USB and boot into xell with USB plugged in and it should do everything for you

if you bought your jtag from a friend he might already have it installed but anyway you boot in by turning on your jtag by clciking the open disk drive
