There is a host, but the host doesn't have any better powers than anybody else, You can't just have a server with no host. Epic Said so Themselves.

Why would they Make a HUGE Deal of Dedicated Servers if they weren't going to test them in the Beta?

he can play it because he is a beta tester me him and one of our friends won codes from facebook yesterday at 1pm est. we just had to put a code in without bulletstorm or epic edition and were able to play
