if you are playing the beta they will see if you have it legit or not my suggestion is to stop and wait like the rest of the people who dont want to get banned

No has been banned though and i have the launcher for the game since i have bulletstorm epic editon lol so i cant get banned

banned why is everyone freaking out if your in this site is because you mod and you know there is always a chance of getting banned so what is the big deal what you leech or something do you even mod

If you used a code then you will not get flagged / banned. However if you downloaded the launcher to put on your usb to your hdd then you WILL be banned but not from Xbox LIVE. You will only be banned from the online features of the actual game when it comes out.
