so i rendered my clips from my pvr in sony vegas, i rendered them at there best in HD but the clips are only 29 seconds long yet the file is 467MB which i dont mind but it takes ages to upload to any website and my connection keeps going and cancelling upload :/

You have to convert it I think

Not sure , I did a clip once a full game it was about 10gb.

yeah man rerender it again it should work if not dont use colour correction
