I have played 47 games and I am not banned, they really can't tell if the beta you have is modded or not so they have no proof for any type of ban/suspension.

how can they tell. its not like they can go in to your download history. only mricosoft can do that, and not with out premision.

guys, think about it. they ban like 3 thousand of us from the actual game from playing a BETA early, something that has no money value (obv to people who want it, but the beta is free) and say the ban all 3k of us you know how much sales they lose? 3k x $60? thats $180,000 they lose right there, thats ALOT of cash

I've played 32 games before I got off while there was 500-600 people on the beta. I was not banned and there was a lot of people on that have Thrashball Cole so they obviously played a bunch.
