No i dont think anyone has been banned yet i think it will take more time for them to decipher who modded it and who didnt.

I think the people claiming to have been banned used a jtag to get the Beta because there was a way to do it that way as well.

You CAN'T get console banned from xbox live. It's pissing me off that people are syaing you can when you can't. EPIC does not have the power to do that to your console or even to your account. The only thing they can do is ban you from the GoW3 Multiplayer. They can't ban your console or account from xbox live. ONLY Microsoft have that power.

Also, to all the people saying that they would lose money, they don't have to ban you instantly, they could ban you after the game has actually been released. Then they wouldn't be losing nearly as much.

Epic would report you to Microsoft if you did it the USB way because that is PIRATING. Then Microsoft would console banned you for PIRATING. It pisses me seeing people say you can't be banned when you obviously could be.
