I have the latest drivers for the genuine EasyCaps: EasyCap DC60 v2.1c (Philips SAA7113 chipset) and EasyCap DC60+ v3.1B (Empia 2861 chipset) here:

NOTE! There is lot of fake EasyCap DC60 v2.1c on the market and if Your seller is talking about EasyCap 2.0 and didn't use an official model name DC60 of the product, so it makes me feel that You have bought a fake EasyCap and then there can be inside some other chipset than a genuine one and so these original drivers won't work.
