Hey guys i installed World at war and the crack.
I finished my common.ff Mod I created the mod folder and a new folder within it called Testmod and within it i have tried the following
adding the edited gcs files in there adding the common.ff in there. zipping up the gsc and calling it common.iws (i know the extension cant remember it currently :L)

I press launch in game on the mod and im not sure how to get the mods to work.

you have to put thegsc's in a folder called maps before you zip.

I got it open also found out there was a problem at line 115041
But im guessing it accounts for all the files within the iwd so id have to combine them all to get the correct line.Is there any way to find problems within my coding without going line by line as there is quite alot!

1. extract the modded .gsc from the common.ff (make sure the code is the same in the common.ff as in the extracted ones, if not copy the text from the common into the extracted gsc's)

2. put all the gsc's into a folder called "maps" (excluding the " ")

3. zip the maps folder(make sure you use zip and not rar or some other format of compression)

4. change the .zip extention to .iwd

5. make a new folder in your mods folder (name this folder whatever you want)

6. place the .iwd within the folder you just made

7. launch waw and load the mods

8. test your mods

hope this answered all your questions and if not feel free to post back
