So i was on the internet and o downloaded this file and no virus was detected, so i opend the file and the whole bottom bar froze, so i waited Ctrl+alt+delete but decided to turn it off. go to turn it back on and it says windows start up repair or normal start windows normaly. but then goes into this fix up in the old windows :'( Please help. + when it does the repair it says disk error this may take up to an hour..

Boot your computer into safe mod and Either System Restore, Virus Scan, Manually remove the program that you downloaded then you should be good.

run windows in safe mode Then Start up anti virus protection delte the file Start up normaly
virus should be gone

Use safe mode then follow the sticky to get rid off any virus

what you have to do is
turn off computer turn it on keep pressing f8 until it shows up with a screen and just start windows in safe mode and restore i did that before and it worked....

i do both and it comes up with the
Windows is loading files .. Try's to repair its self. says you can now restard your pc and then goes back onto this and repetes?!?
