ohh god e74 is really hard to fix you have to take the x-clamp in your xbox out and replace it with like hot pads and it aint even a fix for good so your probaly screwed unless you look for a vid on youtube

Can be a problem with AV cable. Try a different one. Either that or more likely..... graphic chip is starting to melt and needs reflowing

basically follow a tut for RROD repair as e74 is the same problem except with the graphics chip and not the CPU.
Use a reflow station for perm fix or send to someone that has one.

You realize none of these people gave you any useful information?
E74 is a BGA problem with the GPU/SB/HANA. It will need to be reflowed or reballed by someone with the proper equipment.
