How can i sync my iphone with itunes and not lose apps i got with installous?
also how do i enable localsharing to send IPAs? idk what that means but i am following a tutorial to install apps and it says to do that so it might fix the problem of itunes deleting my apps from installous when i sync. and yes my iphone is jailbroken

there should be a box in the "App" tab, just make sure its not checked.
for instence, you want to ONLY sync music, just UNcheck all the things you dont want synced, so, just go to, "app" uncheck, "movies" uncheck and ex..

appsync is meh it said transferring then nothing happened, no apps were transfered so i synced again and they were deleted again
