Step 1. Purchase the Game with the points.

Step 2. Call up Xbox Support and wait for the Operator to answer. (This may take patience)

Step 3. Once he/she picks up explain the situation say "Hello, I was trying to buy an arcade game (Say the game you were trying to purchase) and say once you clicked Buy you were disconnected from live and your MSP was gone.
