Step 1. Sign into your normal account
Step 2. On your other controller sign into the modded gamertag
Step 3. Start up black ops and go to the Multiplayer menu
Step 4. Click on xbox live with your modded gamertag and there you have it xD
You can also join a party with the modded profile so you could for example be in a party with your mates then join with your modded profile like zzirGrizz or something.
My Gamertag: x iiTRiiKSHoTz x
