ok so i just deleted cod4 off of my jtag because i deleted a file by mistake and now i went to go re install it but it wont re install i went in my games folder then made a folder called cod4 and then in that folder i hit y then copy dvd then my disk tray opens up i put in the cod4 disk then push the tray closed then i wait a min then hit confirm then it copies for a second then freezes for a second and it puts me back in the cod4 folder with nuthin in it plz help

to get your dvd to copy you have to have a good disc no scratches etc. or it will not fully copy sometimes this can be a pain in the arse to be honest

Your disc is most likely scratched.
