I think if you have an MC 2g model, you can degrade to 3.1.2 and continue the jailbreak - otherwise, it's not possible

As far as i know, there isnt a way yet. OS4 is coming out, hope they find a way to jailbreak that.

Apparently the 3.1.3 update is non-jailbreakable? I've had a normal standard iPhone for a few months now and I dont miss having a jailbroken iPhone 3Gs. The main reason for this is constantly worrying about my battery dying on me and I'm with my Mac to re-boot the phone.
