i know it is possible, and i looked at the tutorials but i can never get it...can somebody help me?

well, the other day I was just messing around with some friends in a private match and I reloaded right after I shot and it was silent in the game winning killcam. not sure if its just a freak thing, but it worked for me... let me know if it works for you.
