umm.. go to your profile page and then edit avatar. you can paste a link to what you want or pick one out of the ablum thingoo.

You can also go to the photoshop board and request one to be made for you.

Go to your profile
Then go to change avatar on the side
You can pick one from the gallery or link one from Photobucket, tini pic, etc
