I've been thinking of this with my friends for the past 2 hours....(I know we are kind of sad)
Help me figure this out...
For all you saying "the language of the country they grew up in", thats a wrong answer my friends.... because when one thinks, one thinks in dialog(like you were talking to yourself)
so a deaf person would not be able to learn a language since you need to hear it to understand it....

THe Language that they grew up in. Or the Language that they started learning when they were a baby.

If they are deaf, usually sign language, there is no definite answer

That could be a solution but for example when I think I think in words, so thinking in I/0 is messed up
