Ok, so I will show you a tut on how to get your money back even if you sent it as gift. Well as you know, I made a post about me getting scammed for a OG gamertag. I sent 10$ gift but no account.
Here's how to get you're money back:
1.Once you have sent the payment and then realize that you have been scammed, click the transaction details tab.
2.Click on Dispute and then make a claim.
3. Now you click on : UNAUTHORIZED CLAIM
(What this means is that money has been withdrawed from your account without permisson)
4.Now there is an explanation box suggesting why this may have happened. You put, "I was in the internet cafe and I forgot to log off my paypal. Then when I came home, I realised that I had (E.G.) 10$ sent from my account."
5. Click submit and thats you're job done!
6. Paypal says give it 10 days to refund your money, however, I claimed yesterday, received funds today.
7.Your account will still be verified but now limited. you have to change you Password and security questions to un-limit it.
This is how I got my money back. i believe that i am the first to post this and figure it out. SELLERS BEWARE: if you sold e.g. a jtag, They may well refund the buyers money back so i repeat, BEWARE.

But you never went to a internet cafe, paypal checks the ips logged into account and if no new ip is on then to bad for you. Lucky dispute then?

Yea but if you were still logged in it would still be the same IP.

sorry but your wrong. you cant send money to yourself. i sent 10$ to the Jadin bloke. if you can see there is a minus meaning money going out. above that it says 10$ with no + or -. This means money has gone in
