go to ih8sn0w.com and download iREB and follow the onscreen instructions. its supposed to work for jailbreaks but im sure itll work with regular, it just forces the firmware onto your iPod/phone.

How about you jailbreak it, and then uninstall the jailbreak. It would work, but it would now be easy.

you also can do this.
plug your iPod in
you have to go into DFU mode.
Hold down the home and power buttons for 10 seconds.
let go of the power button but hold the home button for another 10 seconds.
on your computer it should pop up "installing device driver"
...
run iREB.
put on the firmware, and put the back up on.
should be good as golden showers.
