This is based on what i have found and did

What:Barrier
Where:First room wooden pole glitch by warning door.
Status:Patched
How:Kill self, then run, jump, crouch into pole.

What:Barrier
Where:First spawn location of mystery box, downstairs from main room.
Status:Patched
How:Kill self, then run, jump, crouch into left side of the box.

What:Barrier
Where:All of the perk machines
Status:Patched
How:Kill self, then run, jump, crouch into any perk machine.

What:More Weapons
Where:Doc's quarters and fishing hut
Status:Unpatched
How:Open box then, wait at perk machine until weapon stops, then buy the perk and walk over and buy the weapon

What:Barrier
Where:In the left exit of the shack on the right, through the swamp in the Comm. room.
Status:Patched
How:Go to the left exit of the shed, they lie down in the doorway. Move to the right until you can't stand up.

What:Barrier
Where:The Zipline after you've used it at doc's
Status:Patched
How:Kill yourself. Then go use the zipline at doc's. Then you get a teammate in top right corner. You then jump on him and use him as a stepping stone to get on the edge of the zipline. You move back just i teeny bit and the zombies can't get you.
