Try a different patch bud, and maybe try a new code post.. Not sure what the code post will do, but it may make a difference. Here check out my post with all the d/l's you'll need.

make sure you click up on the dpad twice on the jtag and it should say downloading game settings then do your thing on retail that might be your problem
