For every 100 Rep given to you by other people earn you 1 Rep Points on your profile.

To give Rep, there is a little green flag at the bottom right of someone post, you agree (+Rep) or Disagree (-Rep) with someone.

Rep is really not that big of a deal but it show's if you help people and more you have the more people will trust you.
