You can download an .iso, of windows 7 and do a fresh install of the OS. Just download the .iso, and burn it to a dvd or follow a tut on how to install windows 7 from a flash drive. I recommend getting the drivers from your computer's manufacturer's website because windows doesn't always get all the drivers right away.

From your search/run dialog box type: diskmgmt.msc
...if you have a system restore partition, you will usually see a keystroke command to execute on bootup, usually F11 or F12. If you do not have a recovery image on one of your hdds, you are looking at doing a re-install from removeable media. Before you do so, I would suggest you run a program called BelArc Advisor. It will give you a rundown of everything in your pc to help you with drivers. There's nothing worse than a fresh install of M$ only to find out you do not have any nic drivers and can't get online to download them!
Good Luck.

Restart your computer, as it's booting up, just mash on F11 until the restore screen shows up.
