Okay Guys ive noticed my laptops going a bit dodgy the last while.
Its an Acer Aspire 5738Z. It has the eRecovery. But the virus has seemed to take over it so it doesnt work, neither does the ALT+F10 on Boot up..
What can i do? I dont have a disc. I wasnt givin one when i bought it?
Is there any programmes that can get rid off all them or to wipe my hard drive clean??
I will +Rep for good answers!

I had the same problem on another one of my laptops. What I did was download windows 7 to a disc using another laptop then made the broken laptop boot from the disc so that it gets fully wiped and it has windows 7. It is as if it is brand new! It's really easy If you have files on the laptop then use a linux first. 8) Hope I helped xx

If you can get into your computer either in safe mode or in regular then u should get spyware doctor it will wipe the viruses clean.. If you can't and wanna rewrite your hdd download a copy of Gparted use google to get the link download the iso burn it and reformat your hdd on there it only take 2 mins if that.. then you can reinstall windows if u have adisc around..
