Allow paint.net or im not in. It is like GIMP. And gimp is slow on my PC. Oh and the badges are nice....just don't get cocky because you have a non-confirmed badge because i have seen someone do that before. Not on this site but another. Im just saying. I like this contest. Just allow paint.net and im fine

First, I wanted to make the text basically follow the outline of his head. But then it turned out like this. All i did was place text where i wanted it, and kept on copying the layer. And using CTRL+T to Move it. Then i just messed around with the blending options.
