Hey guys I was checking out my console today and I have identified it to be a Falcon. The problem is that I have the 12625 Dash (or you could say the latest dash update). Is there a way to access my original NAND or to retrieve it from Microsoft in order to make my console jtaggable. You can call me a noob if you want, but I'm just trying to save a little bit of money in this economy. Thanks ahead of time!

The only way to do this is to reball an exploitable CPU from another matching motherboard (in your case a Falcon) and flash the NAND associated with that CPU over.
Downgrading is not possible becuase it will not "unburn" the eFuses, which are necessary to do the current JTAG hack.
In a nutshell, unless you reball a new CPU on that is exploitable, your motherboard will never be jtaggable. The CPU, will never be.
