I'm looking to buy some beats by dre if I don't win the giveaway I entered, and these seem WAY to cheap, even for the earbud kinds.
(Which leads me to another question: Earbuds, or headphones?)

Why are these so cheap?

They are most likely fake. Made and shipped from China. I would stay away.

go ahead and buy them, you can always get your money back via paypal if they are not the real thing since it says in bold they are.
So you could file a complaint.

The full headset is so much money though. Even though I just found a pair of studios for 150. Still, 30 bucks for these seems worth it. They're obviously better than the shitty ones I have right now! Those people ^^ are right, I can get my money back if they're fake. THe guy only have 26 feedbacks, but it's 100%.
