It looks good except for the colors, maybe different shades of blue instead of red, blue, white, and black. White and black are fine but I think the red/blue part take away from the animation.

heres this for now my friend helped some with the design i can try animation but it looks cool like this

Looks good but I think it would be kind of weird having 2 veteran badges in one profile, just the veteran emblem would look cool though.

Try taking everything out but the emblem(cross) out of the badge and see how it looks.
