Hopefully this will work, on COD (4, WaW, MW2)
Go to the multiplayer menu while logged off of any accounts.
Once at the menu the DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT* message will be there.
Sign in with the banned account, a message should pop up and the DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT*
thing will go away.
Sign in with unbanned account and you should have the map pack!
