I can't believe how many people are saying 9...
6/2(1+2)
1. Parenthesis- (1+2)=3
2. 6/2x3
6
3. 6/6 = 1.

Answer is 9
6/2(1+2)
first comes parenthesis
so 6/2(3)
No exponents so in PEMDAS, next comes multiplication or division, if there are both multiplication and division in the problem then you go left to right
so 6/2=3
so 3x3=9
6/2(1+2)
first comes parenthesis
so 6/2(3)
No exponents so in PEMDAS, next comes multiplication or division, if there are both multiplication and division in the problem then you go left to right
so 6/2=3
so 3x3=9
