I wouldn't be surprised if some members were a part of the group since there is no initiation to become a part of anonymous,
and Allot of hackers and people with coding skills may browse 4chan the place where Anon originated.

But with all logic, You cannot be Anonymous and tell people you are in Anon on sites where you arn't.

Mainly because background information can be gathered from something as simple as a username.

I will also say, Majority of the people who wave the flag of Anonymous on TTG usually support their actions and are Not a part of the following.

So what if he has 72 posts and 2 rep god I hate people like you.. There are some people with 5k+ posts and are really STUPID, some people with hardly any and know what they are talking about >.>
