What things should i get?
i plan on making it 64 bit and good graphics
Memory i dont care
Ram it need to be good (Duh...)
What should i get?
oh and what proseser? (fail..)
And what ever else i need.
Please list them
and im on a tight budget around $300-400

300 - 400 $ will get you a piece of junk.
Try a 600 - 1,000 $ budget, then ill give you some suggestions.

With a budget of only $300-400 you can only upgrade stuff on your old computer. If you want a new one with that much money you're only gonna get a stock at best
