What you do is
go to memoory then Y over your hard drive and press x,x,lb,rb,x,x then it will say do you want to perform maintenece click yes
Now when in the game dont update and just play offline do the glitches then when your ready go on

I know an infinte cap glitch aswell as an infinte exp glitch.
Infinite exp:
1.When you first arrive in big town.Talk to Pappy's ex-girlfriend(forgot her name),then talk to pappy.Try the speech challenge.It doesn't matter if you fail,because it will still be there even if you pass.just kep oing it for infinite exp.
NOTE:This is patched,thus making you have to unpatch your game.

Infinite caps:This requires a couple hundred caps.Go to a shop,and see if they have 2 or more of the items.Buy the cheaper 1 and sell it back.Repeat this until it is fully repaired which makes it sell back for alot of caps.When you sell it bck it goes back to whatever durability it was at when you bought it.Repeat this until the shop runs out of caps.Then wait 3 days in the shop.
NOTE:This is patched somewhat.You can still do it,but don't carry anything with you when you go to the shop.
