I don't think pokemon has been fun since red. I feel the newer games stray too much from the core ideals.

Red, Blue and the specially Yellow (Pikachu) which I had was beast but the one after that was good too.

I used to LOVE Pokémon.

I use to love it when i was young, but why black and white, they are not colours. Also i never understood why they released 2 of the same games at once with 1 minor difference, be a different pokemon boss etc.

i loved pokemon but once i quit playing the game and 5 years later buy a brand new game its like i cant even play the old thing its to freakin jacked up!!

I really like each new iteration of Pokemon, because each generation adds more variety to competitive play. Without new pokemon, everyone would be using the same pokemon, so it'd get pretty stale.

What upsets me is when they add a cool feature, but it is never seen again. In the screen shots, so far, there are no pokemon following the player. Is this feature completely gone or has it not been implemented, yet?
