Get a new console.

No other way,needs a repair either reflow or reball,reball being the better solution & much longer lasting.

And while you are at it you should consider getting a 12v fan mod,which is very loud but it cools the console very very well.

only get a jtag if you know what your doing and if you get a jtag again dont get a xenon.
