Well I got all the way to _dereise.dz and I opened the file with hex editor and the words to the side I THINK show all the files in the file that I think are separated by /s

What are you talking about? You can't mod CoD Zombies on iPod with hex editor, iFile is basically then same thing but just shows the text code parts. You need to edit it with IDA modding.

1. Go to Cydia.
2. Go to Manage.
3. Add source [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
4. Download CoD Zombies mod.
5. Open that Zombie patch, Thank 'MTM1jMx
6. Click ACTIVATE.
7. Open Zombies.
8. You're done.
