what ive been doing this since the start.. this is not new. I dont use it for FFA but it can be apply to all game types with no party.
I used to get 6 friends in a party and do this and get the whole team into MTD, yeah thats right a whole party vs lone rangers, its where i kept a good k/d.
I didnt want to make a TUT, and im sure many people knew but, if everyone knew it MTD would turn in to regular TD with parties...
heres a video i made ages ago, this was to get two people into a cage match, exact same thing though just with more people.
(ignore the website not there anymore)
