This will work for most droids.
It is a quick way to get free apps
1.you have to go into settings and put usb debugging on your phone.
2.you hook up you droid to your computer.
3.download the side loader wonder machine you have to register to the website [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
4.Install it to your computer.
5.make sure your phone is on charge only and open the side loader.
6.download any app you want by ex. if you want shazam encore Google shazam encore.apk
7. save that to your computer
8.Hit choose APK on sideloader then hit install
9.Then it will install to your phone
10.if there are no errors then it did not work
11.disconnect the phone then open where your apps are and enjoy

4.open internet on droid and google get free stuff
5.go and search what you want and download it
6.open you download history and install it

If you want to know how to root your droid there is a fast and easy way.
What rooting is- when you get all the apps free and you also pretty much unlock everything possible that you can do with droid.
WARNING- this can brick your phone and will void your warranty
1.You must use the first method to download the .apk files to you phone
2.you download this .apk [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] you can use the side loader or put it on sd card
3.when you have that on your phone you open it
4.then you click the root button
5.it will go through a a bunch of steps
6.if the process was done successful then it will be rooted
7.reboot your phone then you can enjoy being rooted!!!

For this tut i will tell you how to get PDAnet so you can have internet without wifi
1.you are going to have to download the app called Pdanet if it is not in app store then you will have to use first option and download pdanet.apk
2.you will have to get Pdanet on your computer that is right here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
3. you are going to install that to your computer
4.then open pdanet on droid and click enable tethering
5.then you hook you droid up to the computer
6.And there you should see a box pop up about the pda in the bottom right hand corner
7.Then you are done you can disconnect from you wifi and test it and internet will still work
