Be honest. Tell them you made a stupid mistake by giving someone the info. If you lie and somehow mess up your story, they may think you are trying to gain access to someone else's account. And yes, you will need to know info such as the name on the account, the phone number on the account, as well as the address and security questions.

This douche tried to steal my account too! I got my information changed just in time

i suggest calling xbox (1-800-4MY-XBOX) and tell them to take the credit card OFF the acocunt. i was gonna say to do that on the site but realized you couldnt get onto it. and i was also gonna say to change your passwork by sending it to the alternate email. but you said he closed it. so the only choice is to call xbox support and get them to remove it

call xbox coustmer support ASAP so you can be able to get it back or get those guys in alot of truoble if they spend money they can go to jail and be finned alot of money
