yes you do i had the same thing happen to me i called microsoft and they investigated and they cancelled the credit card and got my account back.

Woah woah woah. Don't cancel the card, that could be bad later on for his parents credit report. You can ask them to put it on hold until it is all sorted out.

I just got off the phone with xbox support. He changed the email assoiciated to it. They locked my account until the investigation is over. I have something incredibly important up my sleeve for this guy. I dont want to tell you incase he sees this. But he better watch out. PM me if you want to know how I will get back at this no life loser.
I believe I will be getting my account back hooray for xbox support!!!

PS He didn't buy anything!!! HUZZAH! lol.
