From what Ive just read by the enforcment team on the xbox forums they are mainly only going after people modding in halo 3, halo reach, gears of war series , cod waw and cod black ops.

I wonder what will happen to my account since it got scammed today and is locked until they are done investigating, which he said could take up to 7 days. So in microsoft language, that about a month. That scammer might just have saved me.
PS is it a perma ban for WaW infection? or a console ban? or a temp ban?
