Ok in this tutorial i am going to tell you how to make a runescape private sever.
1.You will need Winrar and Java JDK the links for both are right here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2.Then you will need to download the last thing and it is new blank and that is right here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
3.ok now when you download that you must extract it to you desktop
4.After that open it and there will be about 3 folders
5.Open the Blank Source first
6.in blank source scroll down till you see RUNSEVER then open that
7.after that just minimize that
8.then go back and open Blank Client
9.And then open the other Blank Client
10.When You are in that you should scroll down and find RUNSEVER.bat
11.open that and wait for it to load
12.when it is done loading login and you have your own private sever!!

Did you make sure that you downloaded Java JDK right? Because i tested this a sec ago and it worked
