I'm going to dive right into this GKNova is a website that depicts an early television and a voice radio. Many people have been riddled if it's a Fallout trailer or CoD 7,
I myself believe it's CoD 7 because of these reasons:

One die-hard fan was tracing the website and the IP came from an Activision computer.
It's an Old-timey TV and the television was invented in 1959 the exact year the Vietnam War started and after the second transmission was revealed it had JFK former president elected in 1961 2-years after Vietnam started. And since JFK got assassinated the game could possibly be involving either Black-Ops, Vietnam or the Cold War.
An Admin at Bethesda studios confirmed it was not a game affiliating to their games (Fallout)
Also a letter was sent to "WePlayCoD" fanboys of CoD and in the letter was an usb with this transmission on it.

I know this doesn't explain much and it's just random facts but i will edit this post when transmissions 3,4 and 5 are revealed!

EDIT: This game could possibly a game called Singularity because Activision is the developer, the game is based and the cold war and it's also based around JFK and an isolated island and missles and jfk was in the era of the Cuban missle crisis
